Is insurance funding available for products in the store?
Yes and no! Look for speech devices/products with the TTMT360 badge – typically, insurance/funding services are available for these products. If you see something without the TTMT360 badge, insurance funding is not available for this item by itself, however certain accessories will often be covered by insurance when ordered with one of our TTMT360 speech devices. Contact us for more details.
What if I need to return something?
Didn't quite work out as you expected? We've got you covered with our amazing return policy!
Except as noted in our Terms and Conditions of Sale/Service, all of our products (with the exception of Customized Communication Boards) are backed with a 30-day money-back guarantee! If you are not totally satisfied with the product you purchased from us, you can return it as long as it's in new/salable condition along with original product packaging, materials, etc. within 30 days from the time of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. Salable condition means that the product is in new/working condition and that there aren't any signs of wear, damage or variation from the product's original condition. Refunds will not be provided after 30 days.
All product returns require a Return Authorization number (RMA). To obtain, please contact us at email@example.com or call 877.392.2299 Option 5. If it is determined that the product may be defective, you will be given an RMA number and instructions for product return, repair, replacement or other solution. An unauthorized return, i.e. one for which an RMA number has not been issued, will be returned to you at your expense. Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid and insured to the address on the RMA in an approved shipping container. Your original box and packaging materials should be kept for storing or shipping your product.
