As a Help Desk Support Specialist at Talk to Me Technologies, you will support our ttmt360 team internally for their software and hardware needs so we can continue to provide the best service and support to our clients.
Your day to day will include:
- Completing new hire setup which includes working in Microsoft 365, creating new users, set up in VoIP system, set up of mobile phone, CRM system, setting up new computers, and all relevant programs.
- Ensuring appropriate levels of inventory are maintained for computers, monitors, laptop bags, etc.
- Provides support and guidance to TTMT employees regarding phones, printers, fax, and other hardware requests in a timely manner.
- Provides support and guidance to TTMT employees regarding company software.
- Coordinate with our third party technology support company as needed to ensure our devices and networks are fully operational.
