Customer Care Technician

Full Time | Cedar Falls, IA

As a Customer Care Technician, you’ll learn about our exclusive line of speech-generating devices so you can work through repairs on client devices while communicating with the client, their family, and our vendors.

  • You will provide high quality customer support to clients and their families when a device repair is needed.
  • You will connect with the client’s team as well as members of our ttmt360 team, so they know what's happening throughout the repair process.
  • Your attention to detail will make it so each client gets their device back functioning perfectly, in a timely fashion.
  • Your day-to-day supplies include hand tools and other small equipment to work through repairs and stock our device and accessory inventory.

Our Manufacturing & Shipping Teams are unique groups of hard-working individuals focused on getting each client their voice. Together they collaborate to solve problems, tell some fun jokes, and provide a casual, fun work environment. Unlike other manufacturing and shipping roles, our team does not operate heavy equipment or work in a warehouse. We operate in an office setting, each person working both at their desk with their laptop and the designated workspaces where our devices come together.

If you have an eye for detail, are open to working hands-on with technology, and are looking for a causal, engaging team, look no further.

Training will be provided!
