Every device purchased with Grid from Talk To Me Technologies includes access to Education 360, a complete education and support solution. Education 360 delivers more than just technical help; it’s a trusted partner in communication empowerment.
Education 360 provides:
- Device Training – Basic orientation and training on the technical aspects of the device, tailored to individual needs to help build confidence and proficiency.
- Grid Implementation – step by step, personalized support from a licensed speech-language pathologist to help integrate the device into everyday routines and environments.
- Eye Gaze Care Programs – Specialized, ongoing, assistance from a skilled trainer to ensure optimal setup and ease of use for the first six months of owning an eye gaze device.

Trials

An important step in determining the most appropriate long-term solution is trialing options during the evaluation process. We not only provide complementary clinic loans and individual loans, but also guidance before, during, and after the trial period to address questions and offer resources to support effective feature matching.
Personalization
A once size fits once approach.
Ensuring each device reflects the unique needs and identity of the individual using it is important. We will add meaningful, customized vocabulary and messages to speech generating devices before they ship. Names of family members, friends, favorite activities, and personal interests add functionality and enhance motivation. A variety of device skins are available to further individualize the appearance of the device, encouraging a sense of ownership and pride.

Warranty*
Five years of protection.
Included with each device is our five-year Smart Care warranty designed to ensure uninterrupted access to communication. Coverage provides:
- Unlimited damage repair including screen and case
- Courtesy loaner device provided during repairs
- Battery and charger protection
- All shipping costs covered
We are proud to provide the best warranty in the industry and protection that goes beyond standard coverage. With our five-year Smart Care warranty, clients and their care teams can remain focused on communication and meaningful connection without the added stress of unexpected disruptions.
*TTMT devices come with a five-year warranty which covers unlimited repairs due to material defects, craftsmanship, or accidental damage of the product sold by Talk To Me Technologies or certified distributor, purchased and used in the United States. Coverage is not provided to products that are lost or stolen. Disassembling or opening the product voids the warranty. This warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage not affecting operation of the product. Coverage includes but is not limited to: battery and charger protection, cracked/unresponsive screen replacement, protection against water or moisture-related damage, enclosure damage repair, and charging port replacement. Unlimited phone and remote support is available to the end user, as well as use of a courtesy loan device during repair (subject to availability) with no shipping costs. Warranty extends to keyguards included with the original purchase and includes unlimited replacements or upgrades within the five-year period. This warranty extends to the end user with the original purchase receipt. Talk To Me Technologies will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product and may use functionally equivalent reconditioned/refurbished/ remanufactured/pre-owned or new products, parts or components. This warranty applies to Talk To Me Technologies manufactured speech devices including the variations of Talk Pad, Wego, Zuvo, and Grid Pad. This warranty is non-transferable.
