Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be the organization's subject matter expert for payroll administration while also supporting compensation programs, HR systems, workforce analytics, and Total Rewards initiatives.
This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, improving processes, and contributing to strategic people initiatives. You'll play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while helping leadership make informed workforce decisions through meaningful reporting and analysis.
What you'll do
- Process payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Review and audit payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and provide support to employees and leaders regarding payroll questions.
- Administer compensation programs, including salary reviews, market benchmarking, and annual compensation planning.
- Maintain HRIS and payroll data integrity and generate workforce reports and analytics to support business decisions.
- Support leave administration, compliance reporting, and payroll-related recordkeeping.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
