Evaluation Support
Our experienced team of speech-language pathologists and AAC Consultants is available to support your evaluations. We work with Veterans’ teams to help assess skills and needs related to communication, voice and message banking, environmental controls, vocabulary, access methods and mounting solutions.
Personalization
Our mission is to see Veterans start communicating using their new AAC device as quickly as possible, so we customize and personalize each device before shipping. With input from family members and therapists, we will consider the Veteran’s unique personality to customize the device so communication is meaningful.
Training and support
In support of developing confidence and successful communication, we provide monthly consultation* related to the primary needs of each Veteran. We focus on practical use, caregiver support, rate enhancement strategies, access method development, and environmental and computer controls.
*Monthly consultations are available via a variety of remote methods, including Teleconference, Skype, FaceTime, Web conferencing and remote sharing.
