Vice President of Finance

Full Time | Cedar Falls, IA

We are looking for an experienced VP of Finance who will be responsible for developing and directing the company’s financial and analytical plans in collaboration with our Senior Leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and partnering with the various operational leaders, the VP of Finance will play a critical role in leading all company finance and accounting functions to achieve annual and long-term goals.

Responsibilities:

Administer accounting operations by gathering and analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports.
Serve as a financial advisor to the CEO and leadership team for strategic planning purposes.
Maintain oversight on all sides of accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparation.

Key skills and Requirements for this position

Experience in GAAP Accounting is required.
Experience with Microsoft Business Central or a similar ERP system is required.
Three years of experience in Finance is preferred.
Experience with business planning, data analysis, and handling audits is preferred.
