Lead Device Coordinator

Full Time | Cedar Falls, IA

TTMT Device Coordinators handle the important work in preparing and sending trial devices for clients to test drive our equipment. The Lead Device Coordinator works alongside the Director of Trials Operations and other team leads to support the team's daily department needs and training. As a new Lead Device Coordinator, you’ll learn everything about our exclusive line of speech-generating devices and the clients we serve.

The Lead Device Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Answering team member questions
  • Onboarding and training staff
  • Administrative department tasks
  • Conducting employee 1:1s
