TTMT Customer Care Coordinators handle the important work in supporting our clients with their device hardware and software questions. The Lead Customer Care Coordinator works alongside the Director of Client Support & Education to support the team's daily department needs and training. As a new TTMT'r, you’ll learn everything about our exclusive line of speech-generating devices and the clients we serve.
The Lead Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for:
- Answering team member questions
- Onboarding and Training staff
- Adminstrative department tasks
- Conducting employee 1:1s
