Human Resources Intern

Part Time, Temporary | Cedar Falls, IA

We are looking for a candidate interested in gaining exposure to HR Generalist/Admin level of tasks and projects. This hands-on, paid internship is a great opportunity to learn more about the HR field!

As an HR Intern you will utilize written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to support TTMT staff and management. This position will:

  • Dive into the day to day operations of the HR field. Processing paperwork, organizing trainings, etc.
  • Assist with recruiting; posting positions on multiple platforms, scheduling interviews, running reference checks.
  • Work on other HR projects such as digitizing employee files and completing annual audits.
  • Human resources positions require maintaining high levels of personal and professional integrity with the upmost confidentiality of employee and company information.

 

Hours: 12-20 hours per week, flexible schedule

Length of Internship: ~4 months – May through August

Location: In person at Cedar Falls, IA office

Open to college students studying Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
