Facilities Coordinator

Full Time | Cedar Falls, IA

As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in the workings of our day-to-day operations. You’ll be at the center of the hub of activity at TTMT Headquarters. While our teams focus on providing the highest quality support and products to our clients, you will focus on providing the highest quality support to our teams by:

Assisting with ordering and receiving office supplies and equipment
Facilitating the regular cleaning, maintenance, project work, and general needs for our facilities
Coordinating and ensuring completion of operations projects such as equipment moving, small paint jobs, assembly of furniture, etc.
Proactively maintaining aesthetics, cleanliness, and safety of TTMT facilities with regular attention to each area and bringing forward any identified needs or ideas
