Talk To Me Technologies is a leading provider of assistive technology that provides a voice for those affected by the communication and physical challenges of autism, ALS, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, stroke and many other similar conditions.
As an Office Manager at Talk To Me Technologies, you’ll play a crucial role in the workings of our day-to-day operations. You’ll be at the center of the hub of activity at TTMT Headquarters. Your voice will be the first voice our customers hear when they call. You will be the first to greet our staff, clients, delivery drivers and more at our door.
Following extensive training, you will:
- Process, distribute, and file incoming mail.
- Process and upload daily electronic notifications to our database.
- Assist with ordering and receiving office supplies.
- Manage paper files, including printing documents, daily filing, and verifying contents.
- Receive and direct phone, email and walk-in traffic to the appropriate department.
- Proficient with the Office 365 suite. Email, basic Excel skills, Outlook Calendar and Word.
- Customer service background or similar background in a business setting would be a PLUS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
