As a Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll learn about the hardware, software and accessories powering our exclusive line of speech-generating devices so you can:
- Provide technical support for clients via phone, video, email and in-house.
- Configure hardware, software and accessories for speech-generating devices prior to shipment (training will be provided).
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic working knowledge of Windows and Apple computers.
