Talk To Me Technologies is a leading provider of assistive technology that provides a voice for those affected by the communication and physical challenges of autism, ALS, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, stroke and many other similar conditions.

As a Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll learn about the hardware, software and accessories powering our exclusive line of speech-generating devices so you can:

  • Provide technical support for clients via phone, video, email and in-house.
  • Configure hardware, software and accessories for speech-generating devices prior to shipment (training will be provided).

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic working knowledge of Windows and Apple computers.
