Customer Care Technician

 

This is an entry level position. As a Customer Care Technician, you’ll learn about our exclusive line of speech-generating devices so you can work through repairs on client devices while communicating with the client, their family, and our vendors.

Duties

  • Provides high quality customer support to clients and their families when a device repair is necessary (email, text, and phone.)
  • Communicates with clients and their families when a device is received and upholds continuity of communication throughout the repair process
  • Produces a quality product by having a strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot after the device arrives to our office.

Requirements

What we do

Talk To Me Technologies provides a type of assistive technology known as a “Speech-Generating Device” that allows people to ‘speak’ in a synthesized voice. Our technology helps children and adults of all ages with communication differences due to diagnoses like autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, stroke, and ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease).
