Client Coordinator

Full Time | Cedar Falls, IA

As a Client Coordinator with Talk To Me Technologies, you’ll be a crucial member of our TTMT360 team - responsible for handling specific insurance requirements on our client's behalf ensuring the families we work with can stay focused on the ability to communicate.

You’ll spend time learning about the paperwork needed to prepare a personalized speech-generating device for every client, so you can help our clients move through the process quickly by:

Communicating with families and doctor offices regarding information required for scheduling and completing their face to face doctor's appointment.
Entering information and detailed notes into our Customer Relationship Management Software.
Communicating regularly with other members of our ttmt360 team.

No insurance or medical coding experience required.
