M.A. CCC-SLP, Speech-Language Pathologist/AAC Consultant
Kelsey received her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from South Carolina State University. In addition, Kelsey has a Bachelor’s degree in elementary and special education. She practiced in a pediatric outpatient setting and treated patients with a variety of complex communication needs. While working in a multidisciplinary team, she learned the value of collaboration to better serve her patients. Kelsey is trained in Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT), Talk Tools and SOS Approach to Feeding. At TTMT, she is enjoying the diversity of working with clients of all ages, especially veterans with ALS. As an AAC consultant, Kelsey collaborates with a patient’s team and family and assists with the assessment, training, and implementation of augmentative and alternative communication.
